  1. I am done shopping. What are my next steps?

    Within the site, you should see a cart icon at the top of the page, usually found on the right side. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the Checkout page, where you can check your items and quantities, and then proceed to purchase.

  2. When will my items arrive?

    Delivery times are between 1-2 business days depending on your address and time of purchase.

  3. Problem with your delivered products?

    If your order is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee you can contact our office to discuss options for return, exchange or credit.

  4. Where do you deliver?

    We only provide 1 – 2 day delivery within Calgary. Alberta-wide delivery is available only on certain products. Please contact us if you’re interested in a product and are located outside of Calgary in Alberta. We do not deliver or ship outside of Alberta.

  5. Who can purchase?

    Only AGLC licensed re-sellers of alcoholic products can purchase. We do not provide online purchasing access for individual consumers.

  6. Who is selling the product?
